    RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    We hope you love your items but if you don’t, please proceed to follow the instructions below.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

    If you are returning from the US and opted for the $2.98 USD option that provides free returns and exchanges during the initial checkout (re:do), there will be no charge for returning your order. If you did not opt in for this, you will be charged a small fee for the return shipping label. You will have the opportunity to initiate a return for either a store credit, exchange, or a refund using our Returns Center. For customers who choose to receive a store credit, we will add a 12% bonus to your total credit. When requesting a refund, you will receive the original price you paid for your item(s).

    Once the return request is submitted, please allow our team up to 5 days to approve your return request. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Please note that we do not accept return requests submitted through Facebook/Instagram.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    International customers are not eligible to return through our returns center. International orders will only be eligible for a store credit or refund. International customers will be responsible for shipping back their returns at their own cost. All returns must be shipped to:

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective or if you received the wrong item, please initiate a return using our Returns Center. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.

    If you’re reaching out about potential damage/defects in your item(s) after 30 days from your purchase date, the item(s) will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for evaluation.

    WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

    • Cannot be worn, washed, or put through the dryer.
    • Cannot have deodorant marks.
    • Cannot have stains of any kind (makeup/self-tanner, etc.).
    • Cannot have human or animal hair.
    • Cannot have snagging/pilling.
    • Clothing cannot be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.).
    • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
    •  If your return package contains at least one item with bio-hazardous waste (bodily fluids, etc), our inspection team is required to cease inspection of the package immediately and deny the entire return, no exceptions. This is for the health and safety of our staff. We will be contacting you regarding this and discarding the ítems.
    • All undergarment sales are final for hygiene reasons.

     

    BCHEE BUM RETURNS

    • Bikinis must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
    • No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, etc.
    • All tags must be intact and the bikinis returned in their original packaging.
    • The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

    REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pcheebum.com.

    RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
      •    Any regular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing“.
      •    Any irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing ítems.
      •    Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer on entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

    Non-Pcheebum items sent to our Distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

    We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

    You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (305) 315-5386 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MUVSportwear mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.     We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

    The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 USD (subtotal), anywhere in the United States only.

    Pchee bum is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Pchee Bum cannot change your address once your order has been shipped. Incorrect address will not be covered by Package Protection.

    All standard orders are shipped USPS Ground or UPS Ground and can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive. All expedited orders will be shipped USPS Priority or UPS and are guaranteed to arrive within 2-3 business days, but may also arrive sooner.

    Shipping time starts when the order is picked up from our distribution location, not when it is placed. We fulfill orders within 24 hours Monday-Thursday. Orders that are placed on Friday after 9am will go out on Monday.

    You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the email to see updated tracking information.

    International Orders

    Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight. If you are shipping overseas, your country’s customs department may contact you regarding taxes required for your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your country’s imposed taxes and additional fees. We highly recommend checking with your country’s customs law before ordering.

    International orders are not eligible for free shipping. 

    Package Protection for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged packages

    When you make a purchase at Pchee Bum, we want to make sure it is delivered to you without issue. Get peace of mind with our delivery guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen or lost during transit. Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items so that you can rest easy knowing that you’re covered if one of your orders arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all.

    How Does It Work?

    By selecting Package Protection at checkout, we are able to handle claims faster. You simply submit a claim on our claims portal and we’ll issue a no hassle  replacement after 10 days of marked delivery date. We must wait 10 days as USPS may sometimes experience delays or be marked as delivered prior to arrival.

    When Is A Shipment Deemed ‘Lost’?

    We use the same rules that the carriers use for defining a lost shipment:

    • Carrier status states “delivered’”, but you have not received it. Sometimes the carriers prematurely mark shipments as delivered and then issue a redelivery, and it then turns up in a secure location at your property or perhaps may be delivered to the wrong address that is caught and corrected by the carrier.
    • If your carrier status is not “delivered” and your tracking has not updated for 10 days from the ship date.

    What Is Considered ‘Damaged’?

    • Products arrived damaged in transit
    • Some of your order is missing due to the box/envelope having broken open during transit

     

    What Is Not Covered Package Protection?

    • Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to invalid / incorrect address information provided by you when you placed the order
    • Delays in transit
    • Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange through our returns & exchanges portal
    • If you requested items to be left at a location other than the address you supplied with your order and they go missing – this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions

    How To Submit a Claim

    • If you purchased Package Protection at checkout and your order is lost, stolen or damaged please submit a claim using our Package Protection Protection claims, Returns and Claims portal.

    Our Policy For Handling Unprotected Shipments

    If you do not select to purchase Package Protection at checkout and your shipment is lost, damaged or stolen during transit – we will diligently follow the claims policy of your selected carrier to either locate the shipment or deem it as lost. This process can take up to 1-2 weeks, we will require additional documentation from you and is at the discretion of the carrier.

    If your shipment has GPS location or photographic evidence from the carrier that it has been delivered to the address on your order, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact info@pcheebum.com the same day your order is placed. Please keep in mind that order cancellation is not guaranteed.

    If we are able to cancel your order, you will instantly be refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 days to see your funds transferred back into your account.

    For orders payed in installments, any outstanding payments will be cancelled with your refund. After those payments are cancelled, if you are due any money back to your original payment method, the refunded amount will appear in your account within 10 business days.

    Once your order has been fulfilled by our team we cannot cancel your order.

    • Missing packages due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.

    Unprotected Shipments

    If Package Protection is not purchased, the carrier’s claims process will be followed. This can take 1-2 weeks and may require additional documentation. If GPS or photographic evidence shows delivery to the correct address, replacements or store credits will not be issued.

    Incorrect Address and Returned Packages

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee: $7.99 for standard shipping or $14.99 for expedited shipping.
    • If the address is correct and the package is returned, no reshipping fee will be charged.
    • The customer will be contacted as soon as the package arrives at the warehouse to arrange for reshipping.
